Joe Zhou has over 27 years of United States experience. Joe has represented over 1000 clients of various industries on legal issues ranging from civil litigation to criminal litigation, from real estate to business transactions. Before Joe established, managed, and supervised Joe Law, he was a judge in China for eight years.
Mr. Zhou has rich experience in representing clients in acquiring residential and commercial real estate properties in hundreds if not thousands of transactions. Mr. Zhou has also represented clients in commercial litigations such as real estate contract disputes, breaches of contracts, actions for damage, actions for fraud, and real property foreclosures.

Curt is a graduate of New York University and Fordham University Law School. He practices civil and criminal litigation, immigration law, labor law, landlord-tenant law, and other practice areas. Curt provides knowledge of the EB-5 Visa process and also consults with developers and investors on projects and promotions. Curt is admitted to the New York Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and also the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Kaloyan is a J.D./M.B.A. graduate of Fordham University. While in law school, he was a staff member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. Kaloyan specializes in Securities and Corporate Law, Real Estate, and Investment-based immigrant visas (EB-5). He has extensive knowledge of finance and financial law and regularly provides advice to developers and project managers with respect to EB-5 investments Kaloyan has FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He is a member of the New York State Bar.

Rip attended St. John’s School of Law and began his legal career interning at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Office of the Attorney General of New York. Rip has in-depth knowledge of laws and market trends that impact every stage of newly formed and established businesses. Rip has negotiated stock purchase agreements, asset purchase contracts, commercial lease agreements, and employment contracts. Additionally, Rip has represented numerous companies in both State and Federal Courts in commercial disputes involving breach of contract, unfair trade practices, and trademark infringement.
